Organisational Capacity Building for Civil Society

In the second year of this programme, Caritas partnered with Caritas Australia (Timor Leste) to support a Capacity Building Advisor from Progressio to carry out organisational assessments, strategic planning and policy improvements to make a more effective civil society. Six organisations have participated in this programme. They report better processes for involving communities in proposal and report writing, coordination with government programmes and achieving outcomes related to needs.
