Raymond Ton Director of Caritas Papua New Guinea will speak in Wellington at 12:30 on Wednesday October 12. His talk is entitled Paradise Lost? Raymond will reflect on the challenges faced by PNG which, despite a recent economic boom, continues a general downward spiral in its overall development indicators. The talk will take place at the Council for International Development, 2^nd Floor, James Smith Building, cnr Cuba & Manners Streets.
