Catholic social justice and social service agencies are witnesses to poverty and financial hardship in Aotearoa New Zealand. While New Zealand has prospered, the poorest New Zealanders have seen their living standards fall. As price rises bite into the living standards of middle-income New Zealand households, Caritas asks what is happening to those whose situations were already precarious.
