Liz Pennell is a Caritas Board member, but she had not directly experienced poverty in a developing country before she joined Caritas' Asia Programmes Officer Tricia Thompson on a visit to Cambodia. She offers her perspective on her experience, and the work of Caritas partner Development and Partnership in Action.
