Lent 2010
Caritas' theme for Lent 2010 is "working together in true communion" - from the 2009 papl encyclical Caritas in Veritate (para 53). Lent resources have been sent to schools and parishes. Youth groups may also wish to use a contemporary Way of the Cross meditation - available here as a PDF. A powerpoint version is in our Schools resource.
Social Justice Week - Justice is about restoration
Social Justice Week in 2009 focused on crime, punishment and reconciliation. Our online and CD resource for youth groups and tertiary chaplaincies Justice is about Restoration is still available. It aims to engage and give hope to young people on aspects of criminal justice.
