Rulna Project, Papua New Guinea

The Rulna School project 2007-09

chn_in_highlands.JPGOver 2007-2009, fundraising by New Zealand primary schools helped build permanent classrooms and teachers accommodation for Rulna school in the remote Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Mufti Mania days raised over $70,000 towards the project, which was a joint effort with the New Zealand Catholic Primary Principals' Association (NZCPPA).

The project aimed to build a relationship between children in New Zealand and children in a remote area of the Western Highlands.
